Tooba Furniture Factory, having its registered address at Sukoon Plaza, Near Jafari Knowledge City, Vadnagar - Kheralu Road, Shekhpur, Gujarat :384325, India (“Tooba”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.tooba.in (collectively referred to as the “Tooba Furniture Factory”) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of Furniture, Furniuture Toys and other products (“Products”) made up of Ply, wood, MDF, HDMR etc. to the users of the Tooba Furniture Factory (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with the Terms governs your use of the Tooba Furniture Factory and describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, processing, transfer, and storage of the information provided to us by you. When you as an TOOBA Family member interact with us in our stores, the personal data will be collected such as name, date of birth, e-mail address and home address, purchasing activity, such as product preferences, information about your family such as the number of children, type of family (Joint, Nuclear) and other interactions you may have with us. The purpose of collecting this data is to perform statistical analysis in order to get insights on customer purchase, trends and engagements. This data will be stored and retained with us till you continue to use our services and/or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
